Hi!

I dont have too many hands on villain (and i had even less at the time i played the hand) so he basically was an unknown reg.

The other guy was a whale , and folded pre. Given that there was a big fish, the reg could have a little wider range than usual, as well as some slowplays of overpairs.

That flop is pretty bad , and i dont think i can go bet bet shove against the avg reg at FR, he's gonna have sets / 2p very often when i do that, even in this positions, and also i have the A♠: so it's ok i think..

Flop and turn are ok (he bets smallish OTT, im not sure if that's supposed to mean something , since he would want value + protection with his valuehands, and more fold equity with his bluffs/semibluffs), and the on the river he shoves. I block the nut flush which is awesome, he's efectively betting $20,75 on a $28 pot. Im not sure if he'd do that with KQ or 77, he might if he thinks im not check calling flush draws, he could also have some combos of QQ and KK. As for bluffs he might have JT, maybe AT (but i block it) AJ but he might just check back that OTF, and im not sure what else he could be bluffing with

Is having the A♠: a good enough reason to bluffcatch here? (keep in mind that we are 140bb deep)

You dont underrep your hand and fold here. That would make no sense. He still has some pure air bluffs and busted straight draws.

yeah i actually ended up calling and losing to a small flush, and after the hand i thought that he'd have a very strong range, given that he called a sqz pre, and it's FR etc.. , people dont really run big bluffs in this spots, and obv he's never valuebetting worse here. But oh well, guess i have to call this one :f_drink:

Also, do you agree with the flop check, or would you just start by cbetting?
