I am sure, that the 3b/f is the worst one.
I would shove it
If the bb would be a fish, i think the call is better.

Hi,

Against some players I´d be happy to 3b/fold, since they are never really going to shove worse hands and 3-betting often might see stronger than direct shove. If it is close to top 45 then they would happily raise/fold marginal hands on the BU.

I would 3bet/fold or simply call. Depends on the player. If he folds a lot to 3bets and didn't 4bet before I would prefer 3bet/folding.
Your stack seems to be a bit too big for a shove here. RIsk/Reward ratio isn't that great.
