Preflop feels standard imo.

Flop cbet is decent with the backdoor hearts.

Turn we pick up some showdown value so I'd generally go for x/c turn x/decide river. It's possibly a call on a blank river but it really depends on villain's bluffing frequencies. Many guys might not follow up on turn frequently enough with their bluffs (but others might auto-2-barrel too wide).
