So thinking back, I think I played this hand quite horrible. Can only blame myself and was quite tired that day after 14hr+ of grinding.

PokerStars - $0+$0|100000/200000 Ante 25000 NL - Holdem - 4 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

CO: 4,300,786 (VPIP: 24.83, PFR: 21.13, 3Bet Preflop: 9.84, Hands: 296)
Hero (BTN): 4,029,711
SB: 4,840,800 (VPIP: 25.64, PFR: 18.42, 3Bet Preflop: 13.51, Hands: 81)
BB: 5,872,703 (VPIP: 22.39, PFR: 23.08, 3Bet Preflop: 13.79, Hands: 68)

4 players post ante of 25,000, SB posts SB 100,000, BB posts BB 200,000

Pre Flop: (pot: 400,000) Hero has J♥ J♣

CO raises to 410,000, Hero raises to 4,004,711 and is all-in, SB raises to 4,815,800 and is all-in, fold, CO calls 3,865,786 and is all-in

My questions:
1) Light 3bet is the best option right?
2) Assume we light 3bet and SB shoves, what do we do if CO calls SB's shoves?
3) Assume we light 3bet and SB shoves, what do we do if CO folds SB's shoves?

1st: 15k
2nd: 12k
3rd: 8.5k
4th: 6k

My own answers:
1) I think yes
2) I think fold
3) Call imo

- I think shove is more standard. If you had been very active and you want to induce then 3-betting to 820k might better option, but usually players are not really going to fold there AT, AJ, 66-TT if you had been reasonable active.
2) Assume we light 3bet and SB shoves, what do we do if CO calls SB's shoves?
- if that would be normal situation then I would likely call, since they both can have worse hands, but consider ICM fold is better
3) Assume we light 3bet and SB shoves, what do we do if CO folds SB's shoves?
Should be easy call. We have 4th best starting hand in 4-way and SB can always shove worse pp-s or AQ, AK.
JJ is too strong to fold.

Thanks for the evaluation Kaitz, I'd love to hear more judges/players about their thoughts if it should be a shove or light 3bet pre.

About the game: it just became 4-handed after a 3way ai during 6-handed. It was like the 4th hand orso. Prior to this when it was 6 to 9-handed my image was "std" for a big stacker, I steal once or twice per orbit depending on my hand. So just active but nothing aggressive or trying to fight the big stacks unless I had a good hand.

I pretty much agree with your answers, as long as you have been reasonably active and your 3betting image at the table is not too nitty. You want to give your opponent an opportunity to make a mistake, and if you shove you allow him to play perfectly against it (if he is a good reg).

3betting preflop is possible, but a shove is fine as well.
If you decide to 3bet, SB pushes and CO folds I would call him. We should have a decent equity against his range and the odds are really good.
If CO calls the allin we should fold because of ICM.
