His range from MP after a call on the turn and allin on river must be something like AK, AA, KK, AT.
AK is 1,21% of the deck, AA, KK, AT is 2,1% so with that range I will win the pot around 1/3 of the time so I guess it is okay to call given I have to risk 5.02$ to win 20.16$?

But maybe I should have just c/c or c/f given the sizing?

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: You should not just call that flop. It's wet and he bets small so you want to build that pot NOW !!! Definitely raise and continue betting. As played the rest looks fine.

First of all I disagree with bogdan on the flop you should lead out playing check/raise is a scary move and is only going to make hands like KX hands fold, and other hands you can extract value from like AT and draws,
Hands like AA and AK are like let to 3bet you here and you can ship it on the flop

Flop-As played, your not really gaining much information on the flop,

Turn-when you check raise the turn and he calls his range is TT, kK, KT ,AT and strong draw (I'm not completely discounting AA but I would comfortably fold that here)

River-any completed strong draws are mostly going to call your bet, so in my opinion that's narrowed his hand down to TT, AT, KK, KT and possibly AA,
