Hi legand,

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: so you bet teh flop, he calls, then you ck/call half pot to fold a pretty blank river when he pots it?

What range do you have him on? And if you bluffcatch turn what changed on the river?

This is a pretty common line for me w/ marginal value that i'm trying to stamp out. The river pot size does look suspicious especially on this blank. Basically I was in an uncertain spot and reverted to a familiar line without thinking through the hand.

Assuming he's fishy he can have anything in his hand, more specifically, any pp and 8x and by the turn 2x that are now ahead. Surface level thinking i put all better value hands in his range and didn't foresee many bluffy hands to take this line except maybe FDs that decide to become animated postflop (after a passive preflop line).

Try to be more specific and even use equilab to look at number of combos...

Everything missed for the most part and your hand looks like trash even to the most novice hand reader (aka a fish).
