How can i make my replayer show the stacks in terms of big blinds and not in $
Also is there a way to show current session in big blinds?

Currently this is not possible but there is already a feature request for this.
If you are looking for a BB display in the hud you can add the stat Misc -> Big Blinds or Tourney adj BB
