fold preflop. There is no reason at all to 3bet such a weak hand preflop. Flop cbet seems good though; a very dry board, and there aren't too many good turnds for you. I would just call turn probably. If you have the best hand villains are usually drawing very very slim, so keep some of their bluffs in.

I should've written the UTG is a fish with vpip 70, I wanted to isolate him, thought it should be profitable to play this hand ip, am I wrong? Because I would've done it with even more marginal hand.

Against VPIP70, what are you going to do if you hit 7high flush draw? Or flop is KQ6? And VPIP is not the same as PFR, instead of VPIP you should think what hands he opens from UTG.

With that hand you can't call just for hand value, as the hand is pretty trashy. To make profit, you need to win pots without hitting your hand. And against VPIP70 you don't necessarily have the FE that much postflop.

yeah it mostly depends on who's behind you. If there are fish that cold call the small 3bets, then your 3bet is terrible. If guys behind you are tight, then a 3bet makes sense if the guy's PFR is high.

That makes no sense ♦. Vs 70vpip you have the most FE postflop since his range is the widest, therefore he can only rarely get to showdown if we apply pressure.

What I ment is that most of high VPIP players don't really like to fold. So otf you have smallest FE, as they will call with super wide range. Of course if you triple barrel, you generate FE, but you have no idea if he is slowplaying a strong hand or making a light calldown. When you hit weak made hand yourself (7high flush, bottom 2 pairs etc.) it's sometimes hard to know if you are betting for value or for a bluff against these guys.

Now the opponent raises from UTG. OP hasn't said anything about his PFR tendencies. So I would assume his range is somewhere around 10-15%. That range beats hero's hand by a mile, so the justification of 3bet should be in postflop FE. Against high VPIP player who likes his hand, I am not sure if you get that.
