ZOOM NL2: 3bet pot: KK on A high board, turn J, river Q, do I have a value bet?

Is there any point where I could/should valuebet after the flop? The runout just seemed so awful to me...

turn seems like a very reasonable card to value bet. Lots of hands you beat in villains range are gona be calling but not betting, and it seems unlikely villain will start betting this card as a bluff after he c/back flop.

This particular river would then be a clear c/fold if he calls turn
