What would be your plan once such board texture appears? Whats our plan for later streets?
button seems to be pretty nitty, although a hand sample of 30hands does not say a lot. I think bet/fold flop, bet/fold turn and reevaluate river is a default line here, threating your hand as a semibluff and hope to improve by river.

Preflop open is fine.
I would just go ahead and cbet flop for protection/semi-bluff. Most turn cards I will x/f but will continue barreling on 3/A/K/T with intention to fire 3. In position we could barrel wider because it's easier to reach showdown when we have position.
