Lets turn the table, what does hero represent? The thing is that when hero just calls the turn, it is unlikely that he has JT. Hero's hand looks like AQ/weak draw. With turn call hero caps his range to pretty much AQ imo.

I am not saying hero should call here, but rather think is it the best line to cap range ott and then fold to blank river? What range did you give the opponent otf and ott?

its true, i cap my range with calling ott and thats why i was thinking about raise turn. But then, deep i think call is better. i know villain a little bit and what i see is that he is str8forward otr like 80% of the plo 50 population esp after bet bet bet..

like i said he could have a combodraw otf pair+gutter, inside wrap, set, pair+gutter+picked up nfd ott. And against this range i only beat a few combos imo. But yeah like i said its close and it was not an autofold otr.

call flop raise turn(which turns our hand almost intpo a bluff and as soon as we get action we are beat) but we will fold out a lots of hands that will have a decent equity against us so i just thinki thats the spot to find out what its gonna be, and we may get value in terms of getting called from worse 2p hands or hands he picked a fd to his gutter eg

No reason to raise turn. You would flat with a lot of straights as well here i assume? You have his nonnut range crushed, and have good equity vs the nuts.
