i think im leaking chips 9 times of 10 in this spot?
should have folded after 3bet?

Imo it is very important your image and his image-style for preflop playing. Generaly I would fold this one preflop cause you raise UTG which shows enough strength and he 3bets, my assumption is something like JJ+ AK. Plus you are oop.

Also if he plays with M he has a good stack for re-steal but he prefers to 3bet which also to me it shows more strength.

Hey!

Against his stacksize its shove/fold. Its too big to call oop. If you think his bluff3betting range is big enough jam. If not fold!
As played ch/c should be standard! Ch/r is faar to strong here!
