Nah, I think the board is too dry for him to try this extreme bluff.
His stats also show, that he's unlikely to fire a third barrel.

Hi Tywin,

It's a tough spot because based on the stats you have he doesn't seem too aggro later on (although sample is smaller).

It's very unlikely that villain bets a worse hand for value so we only beat some bluffs such as AQ/AJ and some other draws.

So with the history you have you could make an exploitative fold even though KQ is towards the top of your range.
