Hand is weak enough that we can probably raise flop. I think calling is fine but there are some advantages to raising - we take initiative and may even get called by worse. We build a pot in case we hit the nuts and we also can put maximum pressure on any overpairs by the river.

Turn is borderline and possibly even a fold now that the board is paired and all of our outs are tainted. This is due to river reverse implieds not due to direct pot-odds. Assuming we had raised the flop I would barrel this turn however.

River we just have a bluffcatcher. Given draws complete and we are now counterfeited by overpairs it's likely a river fold.
