Should I always 4bet AA UTG when someone 3bet me? If no, when is a good spot to just flat the 3bet?

Depends on many factors!
On an amateur level, my advice would be:
- what is the stacksize? The deeper the more you should be eager to 4bet
- the position - is villain in SB/BB then you can call more often due to position
- is it 3ways or more? Don't call!
- How would you rate your postflop skills, compared to your opponent? If he is a better player, rather 4bet!
