NL 2 250 bb deep: gross spot in a 4bet pot: can you fold flop here?

My cold 4bet pre is of course debatable, but I sometimes do this as a bluff as CO opens get 3bet fairly wide from BU and I have blockers and my range should be very strong here in my opponent´s eyes. I know it is not necessary at these stakes. As played, what do you do on the flop?
