I would snap call all set blockers.
This river card is very bad for your range, good for his. On river your range becomes so weak, that you have < 10% top pair+ hands.
If he knows that, then exploitatively it doesnt make sense for him to overbet value vs your range, unless he knows that you call down light vs overbets. On the other hand, if he bets 3/4, there are many busted draws, and Q is scare card, which is why he cant expect soo much FE, but if he overbets, NL100 zoom is nitty, he can expect tone of middle pairs to fold.

If he tries to play GTO poker, then this is the good spot for him to overbet like KQ+ hands for value, and have many bluff combos and maximize his EV that way by having unexploitable bluff ratio. Still, all of your set blockers are very good bluff catchers and shoud be +EV calls vs "unexploitable" ratio.

So the only scenario where it is a loosing call on river, is if villian plays value heavy in this spot, without reads, which doesnt make any sense, and if I would see value overbet, I would make a note, so that you can overfold in future.
