How should I adapt to ante?

I have been playing on William Hill NL4, 6 seats and felt comfortable there. When I moved up to NL10, I realized that they use ante (0.2) at this limit. My tight play style seems to be a problem. Using the opening hand guide from here ( http://resources.pokerstrategy.com/Strategy/pdf/ps_nl_bigstackstrategie_en.pdf ) feels a little too conservative on a small table with ante.

Any ideas how I should adapt to this? Should I loosen up or does my perception trick me? I don't have enough hands yet to get to any conclusion, so maybe I am over reacting because I am not used to play with ante.

Defend more from bb for sure since antes give you a much better price.

Can steal from CO, BU, SB a lot wider too. Generally widening your range makes sense but EP/MP can be slightly looser or the same imo without much consequence.

Generally you are playing deeper on Ante Tables.
Our coach Rogier made a nice video on tables with Ante: Flying through the stakes- Deepstack tables which is free for Gold+ Users.
