I recommend starting out to just have 3 stats - VPIP / PFR / # Hands
Just observe these stats in play for awhile and you will begin to get a feel for what the numbers tell you about the type of player you are facing. When you feel that you really understand how to use these numbers, then look at adding 3-Bet and Steal stats. When you are used to those, then add C-Bet and Fold to C-Bet stats... Don't rush this as you'll just get overwhelmed and are less likely to use them, but if you get comfortable with them - they will really help you in spots.
VPIP 30 / PFR 28 would be LAG in the early stages of a STT-SnG, but could approach standard when down to 3 or 4 handed.
