BTN is loose agresive player 39/32 (26k hands)

on preflop I only call to 3bet, cause BTN have only 3% 5bet range, and I didn't want to make bluff from my hand. Maybe I should bluff vs BTN , and 4bet for value from fish?
Flop - easy call
Turn - he have many bluffs, and I didn't know what is better, to raise or just call. I chose raise, becouse I didn't want to see spade, T+, so many cards. There is much dead money, so I'm happy when he fold cards with 2 OC, or call FD.
What do you think about this spot?
Especialy preflop and turn?
If only call turn, you call river on any card?
