IPoker, $0.10/$0.20 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 5 Players

SB: $20.74 (103.7 bb)
BB: $14.89 (74.5 bb)
Hero (MP): $27.75 (138.8 bb)
CO: $20 (100 bb) ---->VPIP 32,pfr 22,3bet 20.8
BTN: $17.90 (89.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP with Q K
Hero raises to $0.60, CO raises to $1.60, 3 folds, Hero calls $1

Flop: ($3.50) A 5 4 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO checks

Turn: ($3.50) 6 (2 players)
Hero bets $2.40, CO calls $2.40

River: ($8.30) 5 (2 players)
Hero bets $5.20, CO calls $5.20

Here my plan was to make him fold 77-KK .I exclude him from Ax since he checked IP on that board.
Anyway i belive i should have 4 bet preflop as bluff since ther's not too much playability with this hand, but same time i thought that this guy is a super aggro preflop and he will fold lots of hands postflop.

Can probably still fold pre even with the 20% 3bet. Its likely much lower than 20% for CO vs MP and KQo is probably one of the very worst hands we open from MP in terms of playability in OOP 3bet pot, 4bet bluff is also a good option. Dunno how big your sample is to get these stats either so I cant know how reliable his aggro image is.

Why do you think he can't have Ax after xb flop? imo he is likely to have a lot of A9-2s in his range and can definitely check them back.

Still I like betting turn and river since our range is mostly Ax/PP and we will be wanting to get to SD with PP not turn them into bluff, so basically villain should expect we will rarely be bluffing, he usually won't check back strong Ax so he only has bluffcatchers in a spot where we are rarely bluffing and should get a lot of folds. Dunno that this logic will work though as he will probably just be like "lolololol QQ I no fold"
