Pre: I would call in this spot if I would be 100bb deep w SB, but when I'm deeper IMO it's easy call.
Flop: SB can have KK/QQ, but with such wide 3b range he has many Kx and draws, so IMO I should go for a raise OTF. If he would 3b me, it would be very tough.
Turn: Should bet like 16$
River: He has to turn KxQh, KxJh or Qx w heart into bluff, so that I could consider calling here and IMO he would not bet flop w just Q in mw pot, so the only hands he can bluff are KxQh/KxJh.
His value range can be like this JhTh/Jh9h/Th9h/QhJh/QhTh/Qh9h/8h7h, probably evem more combos of flushes.
So without knowing if he is capable of turning made hand into a bluff, I have a pretty easy fold.
