If you follow the link you will also find more information on freerolls offered by pokerstrategy.
Personally I would guess that pokerstars.eu offers the most freerolls, while the best chances of actually winning one should be given on smaller sites.
For example one of the skins in the ipoker network like WilliamHillPoker.
