Preflop: You're hand is better to flat, instead of squeeze. Offsuite Broadways are better to squeeze, because the suited hands get such a good price to flat.

Flop: Here you can cbet your preflop squeeze. 1,20$ gives you a good price to take the pot down, and makes it cheap, in case people call. Fold equity wise, it doesn't change a lot, betting 1,7$ or 1,2$. Once called I think you can check/fold the turn.

Yes. Assuming someone calls wide versus a squeeze, he's a recreational player (given it's 100bb and 12bb+ squeeze). Then you can 3bet linear, and you bluff the reg and value 3bet the recreational player.

Regs don't call squeezes wide. Because through the bigger raise they will defend less.

What I thought you were asking, if one of the callers calls 3bets wide, then you 3bet linear. Hands which would usually be to weak to 3bet vs the reg in the hand, you use as a bluff, but hands which will be strong enough to be a Value 3bet vs the fish.

First of all, there's two things to consider. I think the hand itself does not play well as a squeeze hand. We rather have a hand, which is too weak to call and has blockers, such as KQo, KJo, AJo.

By looking at this reg however I think you misinterpret his stats. Let's assume you hold KQo in that position, I would still 3bet it, although the reg doesn't seem to fold to 3bet. 0% shows that he probably did not have many spots, where he face a 3bet or the few he had, he was strong enough to call. You should have some auto notes, like 4b+ KK. If you have that, you can probably see, that the times he got 3bet, he had a premium hand. So if you have 0% fold to 3bet (0/3), Note: 4bet-range (KK,AKo) etc. then it might be a missuse of the stat due to limited sample size.
