Since last Thu stopped getting strategy points from PokerStars. As a result couldn't reach Gold status despite only 9 points left to it in Feb. Can you help me with this?

Hey poger8,
Our customer support should be able to manually upgrade your status. Just open a ticket and they will let you know what they require.
Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.
