Goodbye Hair

Playing late at night has finally taken its toll on me. I am experiencing hair loss and I’m sick of seeing hair everywhere in our house. Aside from the stress that my job brings playing up late has become the main reason why I am losing my hair. That sucks because I feel that I am at my best when I play at midnight. I wonder if anyone here has the same experience or am I the only one? :f_o: :f_o: :f_o: Please let there be someone here who has the same experience! :f_mad: :f_mad: :f_mad:

I don’t know if hair loss has everything to do with playing after midnight.
It’s more likely that’s a family issue, but if you’re the only 1 in your family that get bold it’s a little bit strange for sure.

Staying up late is the reason why I'm losing my hair and most of the time while playing I refresh myself with cold beer and that is also considered detrimental to my crowning glory as per my buddy who is a general practitioner. I'm not yet bald but I think 2 or 3 years more I will and it's freaking me out. It's time to change the LIFESTYLE :f_eek: :f_eek: :f_eek:

I'm sure that I'm not allergic to any food or something that might cause this and this is not hereditary. I'm getting impatient and I'm almost tempted to go to a hair specialist. This is freaking me out because I only see this scenario in a movie and it always end up worst!

I know what you mean :f_biggrin: For starters why don't you try the natural methods first before going to a hair specialist. Since you've mentioned changing your lifestyle I think that is a good idea. Even animals shed their hairs when they are stressed.

Most of the time, you heritate it from your dad.

My dad had enough hair for his entire life, but I'm losing it rather fast. I think it's a consequence of not only the stress, but mainly of the terrible diet.

This is (surprisingly) not correct. It is the genes of your mother that are the most influential in this respect.

When you had no hair, you look like went out from prison!
