opponent maybe get nervous because he has high fold to 3bet stat, so i started raising him often

Normally you will be behind when UTG raises you on the flop.

Im folding here. Im also checking back the flop majority of the time.

With dynamics and reads I call too...in normal circumstances I cbet/fold on flop.

Against a player that folds a lot 3-bet is definitely fine.

On flop I'd cbet smaller, like 1/2 pot and if he called, ch turn and call river in most cases.

As played, I hate the flop. We show such a strength and villain shoves. We should be behind in 70-80 % of the cases, so I would fold this one.
