I’m a little bit suspicious he’s still raising for 8bb effective. It could be a sign of a trap.
If he pushed before the whole time and now he’s min-raised suddenly I would fold for sure.

Now he needs to fold a lot to make this push +$ev with the 2 short stacks still behind you.
I don’t think he will do that and is a fold I think still the best option.
