Pre-flop is a close spot I think. Pretty much depends how aggressive he is, but most likely I make a tight fold here, because it’s difficult to play this hand OOP and even if you hit an ace you could be dominated.

As played I would check/call the flop against the pre-flop raiser and her-evaluate the turn. I don’t think it has to much sense to let him fold some weaker hand he maybe Cbets here and check/raising is also not to smart, because than you isolate against better hands.
