Shoving turn is not ok. Bet/fold turn.

How can I bet-fold with his stacksize? Pot is .64, he has 1.00 behind. Bet 1/2 pot and fold?

I think we should raise preflop a bit bigger, to $0,10. The flop is good, I think. On the turn, against a fish, I think I would bet big again and I guess then we can't fold against this kind of player, given the pot odds we'll have.
