Is this fold too nitty? HRC suggests a call but given relative stack sizes and feeling I was flipping I felt a fold was ok here.

PokerStars - $3.16+$0.34|200/400 Ante 25 NL - Holdem - 4 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

Hero (SB): 7.26 BB
BB: 6.16 BB (VPIP: 11.76, PFR: 10.13, 3Bet Preflop: 2.44, Hands: 497)

4 players post ante of 0.06 BB, Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.75 BB) Hero has 8♦ 8♥

CO raises to 15.06 BB and is all-in, fold, fold, fold

The big stack should push almost any 2 cards to make a call with the range 3.5%, 88+ AKs profitable:

I don’t think a player on the $3,50 stakes will push that wide. So I think your fold is fine here.
Even if the CO pushed a little bit tighter 88 is already a fold:

I expect the CO will shove even tighter most of the time. A fold would be the best option on the bubble I think.
