He still has AQ, AJ maybe. 22 and TT are probably raising the flop.

AQ and AJ may not call another bet. And as the flush and straight got there... no value in betting on the river?

I would c/f river. He has a low value for bet vs. missed river cbet (albeit a small sample) and the river completes both straight and flush.
