against both blinds i would check the turn and call a river bet if its not to big,, as played i would fold river if i dont have maniac notes at sb

Call AA, KK and maybe one or two QQ in this spot depending on the exact pot odds if you want to be unexploitable and think he is as well. He is repping A4 only (but that too is a bit unrealistic) and may have 75s realistically for a bluff. What else can he reasonably play like this?

I haven't done the math, but it looks on the face of it that some QQ should be called, but not all. This is extremely hard to execute precisely in practice. One way to do it is to use and external randomizer, like a wrist watch. What does the secod hand show exactly when you look at it? Say, if it is between 0 and 20, call, from 20-59 - fold. I believe it is possible to design a method that has pretty good precision.

i would make my bets bigger and if oponents bet into me they either make a SMALL blocking bet or a BIG value bet witch tells me where i stand in hand
he called first from SB (OP) and vs UG raiser so i would drop 6 or 4 from his range

As played it looks like he makes a block bet on river.... i would call 80% of time and min-raise for value 20% of the time?

So, what does a bluff bet size look like?

lol good question,, if hes good he would bet similar size as bluff,, i was more reacting to writer before thinking he cant have a 4 or 6 from his range i my self would still check the turn against 2 players and call a riverbet but maybe thats really bad play? would he play 66 this way?

I think he would. He could also have 44, for sure. Since he is unknown, I want to be carefull and assume he is doing that with a better hand. I don't expect him to bet Jx or Ax like that..

You have to make bigger bets, and when he reacts you will know he is strong.
