I can't see what the flop and turn cards are.

I don't see the turn card, but think the flop is easy fold. We have A♥ which makes unlikely he has FD.

At the first glance, it does seem to me like the hand is overplayed.

Given the preflop action, I believe it wouldn be wrong to bet/fold the flop.

And preflop it is not standard to 3 bet this hand vs UTG. You can call.
What range does this UTG open?

You played like that cause you have TPTK in a 3 bet pot. Try to think with what range villain is doing this. Try to figure out are there bluffs.
