SB: $16.61 (103.8 bb)
BB: $6.10 (38.1 bb)
UTG: $20.71 (129.4 bb)
MP: $27.84 (174 bb)
Hero (CO): $16.83 (105.2 bb)
BTN: $117.49 (734.3 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q K
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.40, BTN calls $0.40, SB folds, BB calls $0.24

Flop: ($1.28) K 9 3 (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.85, BTN calls $0.85, BB folds

Turn: ($2.98) 2 (2 players)
Hero bets $1.99, BTN calls $1.99

River: ($6.96) K (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $6.72, Hero calls $6.72

BTN: 62/0/13 (VPIP/PFR/H)

Preflop: Standard open.

Flop: Hit TP and the board is very dangerous. I still think bet/folding is the best play.

Turn: I believe that the BTN could call the flop with any flushdraw and that I have the best hand more often than not, so decided to cbet again.

River: At this point I believe he would fold his busted flushdraws. With that K I probably have the best hand always because I don't think he has AK (would sometimes 3bet pre), K9, 99, 33, K3 (would raise the flop or turn). So I would say he has something like 9x but most often busted flushdraws. Decided to check and call. The size is quite big, so it concerns me a bit. But, according to the plan and assigned range, decided to call anyway.

You can make thr turn bet smaller.
Vs a passive villain I would bet/fold river. As played you must fold, I think.
