Whenever a participant reaches his goal, he will enter a special "Hall of Fame" and will get a 1 month status increase (minimum to Gold).

Not sure why you didn’t received a status-upgrade yet.
The easiest way to get one is sending a ticket to our customer service.
Than they can fixed it for you.
