Looks like a clear fold on the turn. I don’t think he will ever check/raise on turn so small with a draw or worse hands and he committed himself against you.

You can increase winrate if you cut this habit completely at these stakes. From what I had seen, a turn there means almost always 2p+.

However, you were short stacked and, willing or not, you were pot committed with TPTK here. In this scenario, I'd say you got unlucky. But if both of you would have 100bb stacks, then it's not so unlucky anymore.

You must fold turn. And it is not a crying fold. The turn raise is almoat always for value and you can continue with top 2P+ hands. On NL10 noone will exploit you.

I think we will often see a set here. He is calling the flop and check/raising the turn when the board becomes a bit more drawy.
