I don’t know if you have reliable steal stats on him at the SB. If that is on he high side you can consider to 3bet pre-flop, but calling IP is fine as well.

As played his CBet % is pretty low. I expect he will only CBet some draws and made hands most of the time. So the flop call is thin with only middle pair but I would call also 1 street.

The river is tricky, because he’s over shoving. It’s possible he’s doing this with only value hands and than I would make a fold, but without reads on him I would call here as well with 2 pair. You beat almost any 2 pair combo except AJ he will play like this.
