When I click x3 at 24hbet it shows x4,

So pretty much all my opens have been 0.08 or 0.10 if a limp before
If a raise before my 3bet is 0.18 or 0.20Eu
So I have been playing like this all week

I made a decision to call down on the flop, on the turn I anticipated a shove on the river..when it came I took a while. I would normally fold, but I don't see him 3 barrel a flush draw
