I would bet the flop most of the time on a dry board against so many players, but check calling is fine to on a board like this. As played I would check/call turn as well. If you want to bet what you did I would bet at least 100 here and 3 bet (300 as played in total) on his min-raise.

Same issue as turn on the river and I would check-raise here. Also bet sizing is way to low here. If you bet at least half pot on these micro stakes you get more value.

I wouldn't waste chips completing from sb even in the early phase of the tournament. It only brings trouble to get involved with marginal hands.
