Pff it's close I think. Don't mind a fold but calling seems reasonable as he has a 5bet range and know is 4bet shoving, so he can do this with hands like 77-99 or AK probably. Did he quickly shoved? Depends also on your squeeze %.

That said probably my default play would be coldcalling pre instead of 3betting.

don't like the squeeze, i'd just call

tough spot once he jams, I'd fold given he's not entirely spastic, lots of weak 'reg's tend to slow play premiums too much, especially in CO and MP

he 4bets 12% out of his UG(21%) range = 2.5%
TT vs 2.5% range is a clear fold
Is there another reason to consider something else?
