Welcome to the PokerStrategy.com forums!
It is the same as fast-fold poker on any site.
It is my observation that people are playing these games tighter, so stealing becomes more worthwhile.
I don't know what limits you're playing -- the above observation seems to be true at NL 10 and below, and less so at NL 25 and I haven't played much above that.
This does not extend to post-flop. Once people are in hand, they tend not to fold -- or so it seems.
This is (I think) most likely due to the fact that they're not getting to flops without decent equity.
