Hero (BB): 500
SB (SB): 500
Dealt to Hero: 7♠:9♣:
SB calls 20, Hero checks
Flop (40): 7♣:6♥:4♠:
Hero bets 35, SB calls
Turn (110): J♦:
Hero bets 60, SB calls
River (230): A♠:
Hero checks, SB bets 140, Hero calls

Flop: I'm leading the flop. I don't want to C/R and fold to a push. We can't C/R and get it in for full stacks. I also don't like C/C because the board is drawy and a lot of overcards are possible.
Turn: It's possible that villain has his hit Jx. But I still like betting here since he can have weaker pairs, draws and other overcards
River: This is a limped pot so I doubt he has an Ax. The problem with betting here is that I belive he might even fold 6x if I bet so I decide to C/C. If he would bet pot size I would still call since his range is polarized.

What would you do against a push?

I expect the player is a unknown and I don’t know the buy-inn of this game either.
On the micro stakes I expect a random player will not bluff to often on the river. So I would fold there on a reasonable bet. That’s for a push pretty much the same without reads on him.

not that many hands are betting on the river so this is a nice spot to donk and get value, and give the opportunity for bluffs on the river.
on that river, I think that there are more bluffs that are betting that sizing than value hands so not much u can do but bluff catch :)
