Im disagree that he will 3bet TT+ against utg , anyway when he calls flop I see his range as 22-QQ,A3s,A5s,and any FD.
When u x\c that turn,its meaning sd value,so he is'nt expects to get your fold on that river too often .Accordingly he will try to bluff with a busted draw rarely and bets river for a value with A3s,A5s,quads,JJ+ (I expect his check back even with TT and ofc with 6♠:7♠:,7♠:8♠:,A♠:7♠: (Could he bets on turn with any fd ? probably can take a free card)
My decision is fold

What do you think vs. this range of villain otr?

Board: 5s3s5c3d7c
Equity Win Tie
MP2 64.00% 64.00% 0.00% { 9d9c }
CO 36.00% 36.00% 0.00% { 77, 55, 33, A5s, 65s, KsQs, KsJs, QsJs, KsTs, QsTs, JsTs, Ks9s, Qs9s, Js9s, Ts9s, As8s, Ks8s, 9s8s, 8s7s, 7s6s, As4s, As3s }

I did not put all Ax:spade: as sometimes he would probably check back some A hands. He might restrained from raising the flop with FD due to the paired board and BB still to act. Ott maybe he is trying to take down the hand, which is not changing much his flop range.

3bet IP i prefer to take the a mix between BTN and CO in this situation... something like 6% 3bet range.

On flop you bet so little.. that would NOT make me fold A high, or a pair or better?

Please avoid making these small bets since what it does is you end up leveling yourself.
"Would he float just because the flop bet was small and he felt weakness?
Is the river bet just because he thinks my hand is still weak because of small flop cbet?"

I mean if you bet flop strong and turn strong then on river you have a clear x/f.
I do believe we have 2 streets of value vs his 22% preflop call range.
