I would not fold QQ-AA. If he feels really strong I might fold JJ, although since I´m mostly folding middle pp-s, I think JJ is also call.
If he feels spewy/aggressive then every pair seems fine, since he likely has there enough times flushdraws/AK and it seems likely you almost never can call him down unless you have sets.

He most likely holds TT - AA. Moreover, he doesnt look spewy, JJ as Nitrol I would fold. Thats a hard decision for QQ. You should have checked his Showdown WON%.

If he's unknown i would propably considered QQ not enough
