UTG I will raise a little bit more 2.5x looks ok to me.
On the flop I will raise to 4.5-5bb in the 3way pot. After the action I will fold aswell.

There is an option too to flat on his donk bet and revaluate further streets but not sure it is the best option. The min donkbet on this board seems like exactly a flush draw for him so I will prefer to raise and protect anytime in a 2way pot for sure.

Yes that was the problem, once I raised to protect from the flush draw I was pot committed. In case the second shove was another flush drw, AK, AQ, or 66 down. I can not see him flatting with JJ+ most of the time anyway. Was a weird flat with QQ. Wanted to check though once I raise can I really fold for the times it is not QQ and he has hands outlined. Esp on $1.5 tabs. $7 table I would have folded I think to an unknown but doubt someone at $7 or higher would flat QQ in this way.

Well he looks passive he is in position and he may want to keep your range as wide as possible from UTG. Altough on 1.5 not sure are they really thinking this way.

Pre-flop is fine, but I expect a bigger sizing works a little bit better on the micro stakes.
The flop raise sizing is a little bit to big. I think 4bb is big enough. Than you have more room to fold if you get a lot of action like now.

Further I recommend hiding the outcome of the hand in a spoiler or remove it next time. It could influence the feedback that you get.

Cheers,
