If we assume that CO is not a complete maniac, it's quite difficult to think him having something else than AT after he 4-bet-shoves the flop. He can't bluff profitably when someone has 3-bet the flop. I'd actually hesitate 3-betting the flop, but then, off course, by calling we would give UTG some odds to call also.

If I try to assigned him a stack off range which is optimistic for me, we are pretty crush here. Call flop seems to me like a best option
