I have done all the steps I needed, also sent my ID(from the same e-mail adress I registered to), there's more than 2 or 3 days passed, but I haven't got an answer(if I have done something wrong) nor the starting capital...

since you registered at the 2nd of December and it's just the 4th of December it can't really have taken 3 days 
So please just be patient.
