it took 72 hours + and i dont get the money

If you didn't get the money after more than 72 hours, please send our support a ticket as rompas suggested and they should be able to see what went wrong, and can also hopefully find a solution for you

I also looked into this for you and it looks like you gave the wrong username. That's why the transfer of your free money failed. Note that we need to know the name with which you log in to your account for Titan Poker.
