Why we do not raise on turn for example?

Mate, are u really afraid of full house in that very blind war? What the heck! You should have put all your chips yet on the turn.

A6 for instance, strong likelihood he's gonna stack off eagerly. There's no need to play slow, I mean micro stakes are straight forward, if 6678 board occurs and you've got straight, what's the point of calling the raise instead of stack off...

I was planing to raise river, but when T came, and he bet like 3/4 of pot, even thou only 9 is missing for straight, i was expecting him to bet smaller with 6 there. Maybe i'm wrong.

I tend to play pasive when i'm on downswing, just lost 5BI in like 1k hands. Expecting them to always have it

so what did he have? it doesn't really make sense to slowplay turn to raise river, it's tough for him to be bluffing so either you assign him a full house heavy range and calldown or you dont and ship it

The thing is that on such a connected board, it's hard to have "just" trips unless he has A6.

Sure, a lot of regs will open K6s and 64s on the button as well but it's certainly not bad to be cautious here.

Button looks on the nitty side and T9s doesn't really play well OOP. No need to inflate the pot.

Come on we have only 13 hands, what's wrong with giving him a "WELCOME 3BET" ? _biggrin:

And as we are already results oriented he had 86

This is a pet peeve of mine. I know it's a small sample, but if you're giving stats then they're going to be used otherwise you might as well say "no reads". Fact is, he's played 1/13 hands - if I put a gun to your head and said "does this guy play like a 22-year-old Swedish online grinder or a 65-year-old small-stakes tournament player" what answer would you give?

I don't think my answer was results-orientated in the slightest?

i agree about being concerned - in general micros aren't thin valuebetting well and I think it's an over generic thought process to assume everyone is retarded smashing off 6x, KK or bluffing i this spot

I other spots i agree there are glaring leaks but this texture i'm not sure

Our hand will be a decent choice for a bluff 3 bet.

I don't know that's why I preffer to give him "WELCOME 3BET" and put him on the test :)

If he folds - We win
If we dont have info we can just play passivly and easy give up and play another hand but atleast we gather some valuable stats or notes :)

You are seriously saying that, given the sole information we have (he has played 1/13 hands), you don't have the slightest idea whether he's loose or tight?

Yeah, of course, in another 50 hands he could turn out to be playing 32/28/14, but let's apply Occam's Razor to this situation.

This isn't the point of the thread anyway but sure if you want to go around 3betting for the sole purpose of finding out whether or not someone plays tight or not be my guest.

I would play it the same way. 3bet PF is probably option but I prefer call until I see on bigger sample how tight/loose he really is.
